DELIVERY

Your order will be wrapped carefully before it is shipped. Atelier Judith van den Berg ships to The Netherlands, Europe and the rest of the world. If shipping to your chosen destination is not possible, we will contact you as soon as possible. We endeavor to ship the product directly to the owner, but it’s also possible to ask someone else to accept the package. For shipping outside of the Netherlands, for shipping outside the netherlands, a signature is necessary upon delivery.

Shippingcosts:

Netherlands: 7 Euro
Europe: 18 Euro
Rest of the world: 25 Euro

RETURNS

If you’re not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, we give you the opportunity to return or exchange your purchase in original state within 14 days. The product has to be unused and salable, and has to be wrapped carefully in the original package to send it back to us. If the product does not suffice these conditions, the return can not be accepted.
It is highly recommended to send an email to info@atelierjudithvandenberg.com if you want to return an item, or already did, so we can look out for it in the ‘mailbox’.

If the product contains a mistake or damage, you can send an e-mail to info@atelierjudithvandenberg.com in which you describe the problem. If it’s possible, the item will be replaced. Otherwise we will search for a solution together.

Unfortunately, refund costs can not be refunded by us. We advice you to return your products by a licensed post office. Atelier Judith van den Berg is not responsible for the loss of returns by a third party.

The return procedure will start from the moment we receive the returned items. If the product is compensated by us, you will receive a confirmation email.
